Each service will vary depending on the condition of your natural lashes and the type of service which is
booked. Most full sets take between 2-4 hours, Fills can vary from 1-3 hours.

As a new client a deposit is required to secure your spot in the schedule, and will go towards your final balance at the time of service

There are a few things you can do on your part to make the appointment go smoothly. Please clean your
lashes thoroughly and make sure you don’t wear mascara 24 hours prior to your appointment. Face
cream and lotions should be avoided, as well as make-up, such as foundations.

After 3 weeks of growth the lash fallout exceeds 50-70% and on volume sets, the fans close and a fill will
not look acceptable with a fill-in.
